Land For Sale - Available Areas (located in the top left of the screen)
Land for sale is clearly categorised into counties, Simply click on the area of interest in the available areas navigation menu, then choose the county where you'd like to purchase land. If you find a site you're interested in, simply click 'check plot' at the base of the description and register your interest, you will be sent plot maps (showing the layout and positioning of the plots) Along with perimeter dimensions, acreage for each plot and directions to the land. Photos are available for most sites upon request.

Things we recommend you do on your first visit…
  • Request a FREE information pack, you've got nothing to loose, it will give you an idea of the buying process, what you can afford and what you can't, what's available and where.
  • Visit 'available areas' and the 'land buyers directory' to see what's available right now.

Things we recommend you do on subsequent visits…

Firstly we strongly suggest you do visit again, if you were buying a house you wouldn't visit the estate agents only once! To be up-to-date you need to visit regularly, land is sold and bought on a daily basis and as a result our stock is continually changing and this website continually updated.

Add us to your favourites folder, or bookmark this site.

  • Request further details on a specific site, using our unique 'check plot' feature, which allows you to request site particulars simply and quickly.
  • Keep checking 'Available Areas' and the 'land Buyers Directory', for newly added plots.
  • See what's been added by clicking 'newest plots' on the left hand side of the screen.

Tips for buying Greenbelt Land…
  • We strongly recommend you view the land your interested in. And if needs be visit the land again. It is everyone's wish that all parties are happy with the purchase!
  • If you want to purchase a plot do it sooner rather than later. People often put off purchasing the plot they want. Caution is one thing being over cautious is another. If you want it the chances are someone else does to. Postpone the purchase for too long and you'll be sorry when the land sells and you'll have missed out. Follow your instinct, if your heart says buy it, buy it!
  • If you want the plot but need time to sort out finance, use the 'Secure now, pay later' option. A 10% non-refundable payment secures the plot for a 28-day period in which to find the finance and pay the residual payment.

Notes: -
  • Sizes and measurements stated are approximate, although every effort is made to ensure their accuracy.
  • All land is sold as agricultural land or Forestry land and is sold freehold; it is yours and your successors forever. You will own the earth you walk on, the soil beneath you, along with any resident moles, ancient oaks and possibly the odd visiting Fox (all with squatters rights!)
  • Please familiarise yourself with the 'standard terms and conditions' available online and also enclosed within free information packs.
  • All prices quoted in land for sale 'available areas' include conveyance costs and you need only pay £40 more for a cheque to the land registry. All letters and documents required to register the land with the land registry are supplied to you, eliminating the need for solicitors, and their charges!
  • We do not offer any land that has a "Claw-back deal" or "Uplift" attached.
  • All prices quoted are fixed and are non-negotiable.

It has since then increased at an amazing rate of 78% per annum, In 2002 that price rose by 11%. Land prices now average at £13,380 per acre. It must be noted that these figures are based on a national average and include the Scottish highlands, Welsh Hills, Moors and Fens. In affluent areas of Britain grazing land easily fetches between £15,000 and £22,500 per acre. 2003 prices are not yet calculated.
